Witam, mam pytanie na temat wypowiedzenia umowy.
Chce się wyprowadzić z wynajmowanego mieszkania za 1 miesiąc. Umowę mam z miesięcznym wypowiedzeniem. Start umowy dnia 3.03 Na wypowiedzeniu więc mam napisać datę 3 listopad czy 2 listopad ? |

Musisz wypowiedziec umowe z dniem 2 grudnia (ostatni dzien najmu) i dostarczyc przed 3 listopada.

Rozumie że muszę wysłać listem do agencji a nie landlorda no i, e-mail odpada tak? Wazne, zeby dostali. Mozesz wyslac emailem, ale kopie papierowa poczta. Jesli agent reprezentuje landlorda, to wysylasz do agenta.

Tak agent reprezentuje landlorda, wiec powinienem wysłać na adres który w umowie mam jako "Landlord's Agent".
A mogę to zanieść osobiście ? Agencje mam blisko i nie wiem co będzie lepsze list czy iść osobiście + email. |

Mozesz, ale niech Ci podpisza na kopii, ze otrzymali i przyjeli do wiadomosci, zeby potem nie bylo, ze oni nic nie wiedza i nic im nie przyniosles.
